Premier Sponsorship Program

Our Premier Sponsorship Program (PSP) bundles several benefits into one convenient package. For an annual fee of $1,900, companies and organizations can reach out to PMIBC’s 3500+ members in a variety of ways. Here is a list of benefits currently provided to a Premier Sponsoring organization:

• Recognition as a PMIBC Premier Sponsor (12 months).
• Prominent placement of sponsor logo, linked to sponsor’s web-site (12 months).
• Your ad copy on our web-site (12 months).
• Your half-page advertisement on Quarterly Newsletter (12 months).
• You will be eligible to have your own “exhibitor table” at our grand-gala Annual Meeting Party. It’s an incredible opportunity for networking!
• Opportunity to sponsor, at discounted rates, any of our Site Meetings and other Special Events, such as the Golf Tournament.

Site Meeting Sponsorships

Companies and organizations can sponsor one or more PMIBC Site Meetings at any of the Chapter meetings which are held at various locations in the Baltimore metropolitan area throughout the year. Site meetings are either lunch or dinner meetings and typically include a well-known speaker presenting information on a contemporary Project Management topic. Site meetings are a wonderful opportunity to network and meet PM peers in an informal setting. For a nominal fee of $200 - $500 per meeting, companies and organizations can benefit as follows:

• Recognition as a Meeting Sponsor on the Event Detail narrative on the PMIBC web-site.
• Insertion of Sponsor’s PowerPoint slide in the Meeting Deck.
• Three-minute speaking opportunity for a Sponsor representative to address the meeting attendees.
• Networking opportunity to exchange/distribute business cards.
• Exhibitor table (at select sites) for the Sponsors to place materials for distribution.
• Dinner for two included.
• Twenty percent (20%) discount on multiple Site Meeting Sponsorships – beyond 3 or more in a calendar year.

Annual Advertising Plan

Through this plan, companies and organizations can place their ad copies in our excellent quarterly newsletter published on the PMIBC website. Such ads will run for a complete 12-month period. Different rates are offered depending on the size of the ad copy.

Every November, PMIBC hosts an Annual Meeting where its members and sponsoring organizations can mingle over drinks, food, and fun! You’ll learn where PMIBC is headed as an organization and have an opportunity to share business cards and talk with local PMs who are the movers and shakers of the local industry! ‘Project of the Year’ Award Ceremony

If you haven’t heard already, PMIBC is getting ready to recognize elite project teams who have excelled in the art and science of Project Management! At a ceremony that will be held in 2013, we will honour the ‘Project of the Year’. In addition to networking and promoting your company or organization, as a sponsor of this event, you will get to support the Baltimore Chapter and also cheer your fellow PMs!

Summary

As you know, the PMI Baltimore Chapter is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating Project Managers and promoting professionalism in Project Management. Our stakeholders include 3500+ regular and student members as well as the Project Management community that includes: businesses, academic institutions, non-profits, and Government organizations.
