The PMI Baltimore, MD Chapter kicked off a partnership relationship with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of the Greater Chesapeake at their fundraising event, “Rock for Kids’ Sake.”
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake is affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the largest youth mentoring organization in the United States that provides one-to-one mentoring relationships between adults and children. Its purpose is to provide friendship, emotional support and guidance to youth through their involvement with positive role models. BBBS targets the children who are in greatest need for mentoring, including those living in single- parent homes, growing up in poverty and coping with parental incarceration.
The PMBOK® Guide Version 5, as well as the various Certification Standards, will be available First Quarter of 2013. The PMBOK® will add a 10th Knowledge Area “Stakeholder Management”.
The RMP® and SP® Certification Exams will change effective August 31, 2013.
